Refunds & Returns
At Dear Clementine, every piece is thoughtfully selected and carefully inspected. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns under the guidelines below.
Returns
We kindly ask that return requests are made within 7 days of delivery. Our method of return is store credit, allowing you to find something you truly love. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories included where applicable.
How to Request a Return
To arrange a return, please email contact@dearclementine.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your store credit. Our return shipping fees are as follows:
UK: £3.99
Europe: £12.00
International: £22.99
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit
Once your return has been received and carefully reviewed, store credit will be issued via email. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase.
Final Sale Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns that do not meet our conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.
Condition & Pre-Loved Items
Please note that all items are pre-loved unless otherwise stated. Subtle signs of wear may be present and are considered part of their character. Any noticeable details will always be clearly described in the product listing.
UK & EU Consumer Rights
Customers located in the UK and European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. In this instance, a refund to the original payment method will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
